Your credit card will only be used to guarantee your booking. Please check that the expiry date of your credit card is after your arrival date.
Effective 1 February 2023, the State Congress has established an Environmental Sanitation Fee of $31.12 pesos per room per night. The hotel will collect this fee at check-out.

BREAKFAST PACKAGE includes buffet breakfast. Free wireless internet.
Children:
Breakfast Package: 2 children under 12 years free when sharing a room with 1 or 2 adults, breakfast included. Children 12 and over are charged as adults.

Pet Policy
It is our pleasure to welcome you and your pet to Playa Azul Cozumel.
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we ask that you follow a few simple rules during your stay with your pet:

1. We accept a maximum of 2 pets under 10 kilos per room.
2. Pets must be kept on a lead in public areas at all times.
3. Pets must not be allowed to relieve themselves in the room and if they do, the guest is responsible for cleaning up after them.
4. Pets must relieve themselves outside the hotel, preferably in the garden, and the excrement must be collected in a plastic bag and placed in the rubbish bin.
5. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN for pets to relieve themselves in the sand due to contamination problems. If this happens, it must be cleaned up immediately and prevented from happening again.
6. Pets are not allowed in the pool.
7. If possible, bring your dog’s bed or blanket for sleeping. Your dog will feel more at home and will not be tempted to jump on the sofas or hotel bed. If your dog is going to sleep in the bed with you, bring a sheet and put it on the bed so that no fur or dirt gets on the hotel bedspread.
8. Pets must not be left alone in the room or hotel areas.
9. You must contact the housekeeping department to arrange convenient times for room cleaning.
10. The hotel will provide a special towel for your pet to use throughout your stay. If you wish the towel to be washed or changed, please inform reception.
11. Pets must be well behaved and friendly. Pets may become lonely and cry. If we receive a complaint from a guest, we will not be able to allow the pet to stay on the premises.
12. Any damage caused by the pet is the TOTAL responsibility of the pet owner.
